Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machines in a safe and efficient manner
- Set up equipment and load materials for production runs
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify and report machine issues or malfunctions
- Perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance on equipment
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift 30 lbs.
- Previous experience operating manufacturing or production machinery
- Experience with setup, adjustments, or troubleshooting equipment
- Familiarity with quality control processes
- Starting pay: $18/hour (no experience required)
- Up to $25/hour for candidates with proven machine operation experience

Responsibilities

Run production machines according to instructions, ensuring they function properly and efficiently. - Set up equipment
Load materials, adjust settings, and prepare machines for operation at the start of a shift. - Monitor performance
Watch machines during operation to detect issues like jams, defects, or unusual noises. - Quality control
Inspect finished products to make sure they meet company standards and specifications. - Basic maintenance
Clean machines, lubricate parts, and perform minor fixes; report bigger problems to supervisors or maintenance teams. - Follow safety procedures
Use protective equipment and follow workplace safety rules to prevent accidents. - Keep records
Log production numbers, downtime, defects, or maintenance activities. - Assist team members
Work with supervisors and other operators to keep production running smoothly.
