Responsibilities
● Field Leadership: Oversee daily on-site operations of commercial pool construction and
renovation projects.
● Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and manage field crews, specialized
subcontractors, and vendors to keep production moving efficiently.
● Quality & Compliance: Ensure all work aligns perfectly with construction documents,
blueprints, specifications, and local building codes.
● Scheduling & Logistics: Manage jobsite schedules, coordinate inspections, and
oversee the timely delivery of materials and equipment.
● Communication: Maintain regular, clear updates with Project Managers, clients, and
internal teams (including Kathleen and the leadership team).
● Problem Solving: Resolve field issues and design challenges in real-time to maintain
momentum and productivity.
● Safety First: Maintain a clean, secure jobsite and enforce strict compliance with all
safety regulations and OSHA standards.
