- Forklift Expertise: 2+ years of continuous forklift operating experience in a manufacturing or distribution center. Certification is a major plus.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to comfortably perform heavy manual labor, lift up to 50 lbs consistently, and work on your feet across a bustling warehouse environment.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Equipment & Forklift Operation: Safely and efficiently operate sit-down forklifts and electric pallet jacks to move, stack, tier, and stage heavy pallets throughout the warehouse.
- Loading & Unloading: Take ownership of the loading and unloading docks; manually and mechanically transfer bulk freight from incoming cargo containers and prepare outgoing shipments.
- Inventory Control & Staging: Verify incoming bills of lading (BOLs), conduct accurate part-count checks, scan barcodes into the inventory system, and stage materials at designated production or shipping work centers.
- Commercial Box Truck Driving: Safely transport finished goods and raw materials to clients across Long Island.
- Must be comfortable getting your hands dirty and lifting 50 pounds!
