What You’ll Do: As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will keep our facility running at peak performance. You'll work on everything from routine preventative maintenance to high-priority emergency repairs.
- Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose, disassemble, and fix mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
- Preventative Maintenance: Run scheduled PMs to catch issues before they cause costly downtime.
- Safety First: Follow rigorous safety guidelines, including strict Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols.
- Documentation: Track your work orders and parts using our digital maintenance software.
- Experience: Anywhere from 1 to 5+ years of experience in industrial or commercial maintenance. (We scale pay to match your tier—from junior techs to master mechanics!)
- Skills: strong mechanical aptitude. Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, or basic electrical troubleshooting is a major plus.
- Blueprint Literacy: Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings or technical manuals.
- Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: A valid driver’s license and a strong sense of ownership over your work.

Responsibilities
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform scheduled PMs on mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and facility systems to prevent equipment failure.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose, disassemble, repair, and reassemble faulty production and facility machinery under minimal supervision.
- Fabrication & Welding: Perform basic welding (MIG/TIG/Stick) and machine shop work to repair or modify parts as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Strict adherence to OSHA standards, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, digital records of work orders and repairs using our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to urgent machine breakdowns to safely restore production.
