- Education: Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, equivalent Military Electrical Training, or a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience performing electrical testing in the power systems industry.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with electrical test equipment (multimeters, current meters, etc.) and precision measurement tools.
- Documentation: Ability to read/interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of electronics, circuit-level troubleshooting, and electrical safety standards (e.g., LOTO/PPE).

Responsibilities
- Testing & Inspection: Perform pre-power up, functional, and burn-in/stress testing of electrical equipment (up to 600VAC).
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Assist with AC/DC circuit troubleshooting and perform minor repairs on control, power, and fiber optic assemblies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate test reports and technical documentation.
- Technical Setup: Program electronic devices using computer tools and set up test equipment.
- Operations: Work independently on routine tasks while using hand tools and following established safety procedures.
