Position Summary We are looking for a skilled, independent CNC Machinist with at least 5 years of experience to join our team. This is a role for a "go-getter"—someone who can take a blueprint and material, set up the machine, and run production without needing constant supervision or hand-holding.
You will be responsible for handling complete setups and operations in a fast-paced environment. This position requires someone who loves problem-solving and can catch and correct errors on the fly before they become scrapped parts.

- Optimize at the Machine: Read G-code/M-code and make minor program edits or offset adjustments at the controller to maintain part quality.
- Quality Inspection: Perform first-article and in-process inspections using precision tools to verify parts match technical drawings exactly.
