- Precision Driving: Safely operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks to move, stack, and stage heavy materials.
- Tech-Driven Logistics: Utilize handheld RF scanners to track inventory, order fulfillment, and maintain high levels of data accuracy.
- Systems & Auditing: Navigate internal warehouse software (such as SAP or similar systems) to log stock movements, perform cycle counts, and reconcile inventory.
- Freight Execution: Efficiently receive, break down, sort, and audit inbound and outbound shipments.
- Safety & Compliance: Conduct daily pre-trip equipment inspections adhering to strict OSHA regulations to maintain an incident-free workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with team leads and inventory specialists to resolve operational constraints and optimize daily workflows.
- Proven Equipment Expertise: Documented history of operating material handling equipment in high-volume, deadline-driven environments.
- Digital Literacy: High comfort level using RF scanners and entering data into inventory systems or tracking procedures. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for digital reporting is highly valued.
- Process-Oriented Mindset: Experience with cycle counting, shipping/receiving procedures, and inventory integrity.
- Reliability: A track record of punctual attendance, strict scheduling adherence, and a proactive approach to workplace safety.
- Clear Communication: Ability to articulate inventory or equipment issues clearly to management and team members.
