Position Overview:
We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our growing industrial manufacturing plant in the Hardeeville area. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating raw materials, monitoring in-process production, and conducting final inspections on finished goods to ensure everything strictly complies with engineering blueprints, industry safety codes, and our internal standards.

- Technical Skills: Highly proficient in utilizing precision hand tools, reading dimensional gauges, and following technical written manuals.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite) for entering inspection data.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English to detail non-conforming product reports.
- Attributes: High level of personal integrity, strong organizational habits, and absolute attention to detail.
- Vetting: Must be able to successfully pass an e-Verify background check.

Responsibilities
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of raw components, in-process production runs, and finished products.
- Read and accurately interpret technical blueprints, engineering schematics, and customer specification data sheets.
- Utilize precise measurement instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) to confirm products meet strict physical tolerances.
- Formally document inspection results, maintain accurate quality logs, and complete conformity reports.
- Identify, tag, and isolate non-conforming or defective materials to prevent them from moving down the production line.
- Collaborate closely with production supervisors and machine operators to identify root causes of product defects and suggest process improvements.
- Ensure all plant operations comply with general OSHA standards and strict facility safety/PPE regulations.
