- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, account management, or supervisory roles within a light industrial/manufacturing environment (preferred).

Responsibilities
In this role, you will work closely with clients and employees to select, screen, and manage talent based on specific job profiles and workplace forecasts. A key focus will be building a robust pipeline of candidates to ensure all positions are filled by the requested start date.
You will also establish and maintain a strategic partnership with the client through regular in-person visits, a thorough understanding of their business and direction, and building positive relationships with key stakeholders. This includes following established processes and procedures to ensure success.
