Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines according to company procedures and safety standards.
- Load raw materials and unload finished parts.
- Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and production instructions.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met.
- Monitor machine performance and report any issues to supervisors.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Accurately complete production and quality documentation.
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to read measuring tools such as calipers and tape measures (preferred but not required).
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Set up CNC machines by loading tools, fixtures, and materials.
- Operate CNC lathes, mills, routers, or other machining equipment.
- Load raw materials and unload finished parts.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet specifications.
- Measure and inspect finished parts using precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Make basic machine adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Replace worn cutting tools and perform routine machine maintenance.
- Identify and report machine malfunctions or production issues.
- Follow quality control standards and document inspection results.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to workplace safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Meet production targets while minimizing material waste.
- Record production data and complete required paperwork or electronic logs.
- Work with supervisors, engineers, and quality inspectors to resolve manufacturing issues.
