Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team; provide constructive feedback.
- Operations: Organize workflows and analyze processes to maximize efficiency.
- Safety: Deliver maintenance results safely, aligning with company objectives. Qualifications Required:
- Experience: 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience + HS Diploma/GED (or equivalent mix of education and experience).
- Leadership: 3+ years of supervisory, team lead, or project leadership experience.
- Technical: 5+ years of experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, boiler systems, electrical systems, reading schematics, and diagnosing PLC errors.
- Systems: Solid understanding of CMMS software or equivalent.
- Flexibility: Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required. Preferred:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business, or Operations Management).
- Licensing: Active Boiler’s license.
- Software: Experience with Amtech and CTI; proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Skills: strong business acumen, results-driven, excellent communication, conflict management, and relationship-building skills. High attention to detail and strong troubleshooting/decision-making abilities. Benefits Overview

Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Development: Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations by coaching, mentoring, and scheduling staff, while managing performance, training, and knowledge-sharing to cultivate talent.
- Safety & Compliance: Drive a culture of safety by leading observation-based programs, conducting safety huddles, participating in incident investigations, and ensuring compliance with budget, inspection, and legal standards.
- Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence: Lead problem-solving efforts and sustainability initiatives, manage organizational projects, and proactively escalate issues to minimize customer impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with internal departments, facility leadership, floor teams, and external contractors to ensure smooth operations and support company culture initiatives.
