Responsibilities
- Directly supervise shift production personnel, including operators, material handlers, and setup technicians.
- Manage daily staffing assignments, monitor employee attendance, conduct performance evaluations, and enforce company policies consistently.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to team members to foster skill development and cross-training.
- Oversee daily operations of high-pressure die casting machines, automated robotic cells, and CNC machining centers to meet or exceed shift production goals, efficiency targets, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor machine cycles, track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE and scrap rates, and proactively address operational bottlenecks.
- Coordinate closely with Maintenance, Tooling, and Shipping departments to maximize machine uptime and ensure seamless shift handovers.
