Responsibilities

Identify and diagnose mechanical issues by
• Disassemble and reassemble machinery to access components for repair.
• Replace worn or damaged parts, including bearings, belts, gears, and seals.
• Perform adjustments and alignments on machinery to ensure proper functionality.
• Repair and maintain pneumatic, electrical systems as needed.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and other building components.
• Perform minor repairs including fixing leaky faucets, replacing light bulbs, repairing minor
electrical issues, patching drywall, and fixing minor carpentry issues.
• Respond to maintenance work orders and complete repairs promptly.
Preventative Maintenance:
analyzing symptoms, sounds, and operational data.
• Use troubleshooting techniques to isolate problems and determine necessary repairs.
Safety Compliance:
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working on machinery.
• Report any safety concerns or hazards immediately.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a manufacturing mechanic or related role
•mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
• Basic understanding of electrical, vacuum and pneumatic systems

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
