Electro Mechanic (12-Hour Night Shift) We are seeking a Electro Mechanic to troubleshoot and perform mechanical repairs on manufacturing, packaging, conveying, and facilities equipment. You will handle component-level repairs on hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical drive systems.

Shift Schedule (2-Week Rotation)

• Shift: 12-Hour Nights (6:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
  
  
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  
  
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  
  
• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Key Attributes:
  
  
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to preventative maintenance.
  
  
• Ability to work independently during the night shift while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
  
  
• Commitment to full attendance during the mandatory 7-week onboarding window.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining fully automated manufacturing equipment
• Experience with 480V 3-phase electrical
• Using multimeters
• Working with the lockout and tagout process
• PLCs: inputs and outputs
• Electrical and pneumatic schematics
• Motor drives and cylinders
• Electrical safety

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 12 hours at one time

working weekends

Skills

Maintenance (1 year of experience is preferred)
