What You’ll Do
- Setup & Operate: Prepare and operate CNC mills and/or lathes to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, and turning.
- Read Blueprints: Interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and job specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure they meet strict quality standards.
- Maintain & Optimize: Perform routine machine maintenance and make necessary offsets or adjustments to ensure optimal production flow.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills: ability to read blueprints and a solid understanding of G-code/M-code.
- Precision: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining tight tolerances.
- Team Player: A reliable individual with problem-solving skills and a safety-first mindset.
