Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, communicating, and maintaining QMS policies and procedures regarding the process
compliance with ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO15378, CFR Part 820, and CFR Part 11. - Spearhead internal and external audits by creating audit schedules, performing internal and external audits,
monitoring SOP’s for compliance with ISO standards and regulations. Monitor, audit, and improve QMS through new and revised SOPs, work instructions, and forms. - Routinely evaluate suppliers and conduct supplier audits. Issue and manage SCARs as necessary to preserve the
QMS and supply chain and to support the supplier management process. - Document, investigate, monitor, and manage customer complaints, internal complaints, and supplier
issues as it relates to non-conforming product, material or product concerns, and process issues using tools such as MRB, CAPA, SCAR, PFMEA, and deviations. - Determine root-cause analysis for product failure, non-conforming materials, and any additional non-
compliance submitted by internal or external parties. - Train, support, and maintain training logs for the appropriate team members on new or updated processes to
ensure continued compliance with QMS and customer requirements. - Assist with maintenance and calibration records by scheduling calibration activities and ensuring routine
maintenance procedures are followed, documented, and completed on time. - Perform other tasks as necessary to support the Quality Management System and Quality Control Teams.
