Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cycle counts and maintain/distribute weekly results.
- Review daily shop orders and variance reports; reconcile discrepancies.
- Track inventory adjustments, analyze root causes, and drive process improvements.
- Manage raw material and finished goods storage locations within the ERP system.
- Support annual physical inventory activities alongside senior specialists.
- Train and coach team members on proper material scanning procedures.
- High school diploma or 2 years of equivalent inventory/shop floor control experience.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing and inventory control ERP systems.
- Background in warehousing and distribution is a plus.
- Formal Continuous Improvement training (Lean and/or Six Sigma).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to deliver results on schedule.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills to collaborate across all company levels, suppliers, and customer service.

This role involves resolving production order and count discrepancies, analyzing root causes of inventory inaccuracies, and collaborating with engineering and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
