Responsibilities
- Supports the QA Supervisor in enforcing food safety standards, product quality, and regulatory compliance (FDA, USDA).
- Daily floor monitoring, oversee quality testing, and help train staff on proper food handling and HACCP protocols to maintain product safety.
- Perform routine facility inspections, line checks and material evaluations. Oversees testing procedures, equipment calibration, and could involve environmental swabbing.
- Complete 2nd shift production breakdown sanitation and reporting of shift issues to Food Safety Management Team.
- Ensure QA check sheets, logs, and data entries are completed accurately and maintained per company protocol.
