- 100% fluent verbal communication in both English and Spanish.
- 1–2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or retail shipping experience.
- Prior experience leading, training, or supervising others.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work on your feet.

Responsibilities
Run daily team meetings in English and Spanish. Assign tasks for picking, packing, and shipping bulk apparel orders.
Translate instructions, company updates, and safety rules from English management to Spanish-speaking team members.
Audit packed orders before they ship to make sure items and quantities match the invoices perfectly.
Help the team on the floor during busy peak seasons to ensure we hit daily shipping deadlines.
