Available Shifts We are a 24-hour operation running three distinct shifts to fit your schedule. Please note your shift preference when applying.
- 1st shift 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process production, and finished food products.
- Monitor production lines to ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, and food safety guidelines.
- Conduct temperature, weight, pH, and packaging integrity checks.
- Document and maintain accurate logs of all quality inspections and testing results.
- Identify and report any product deviations or safety hazards to management immediately.
- Assist with pre-operational inspections and sanitation verification.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of Quality Control experience specifically within the food/beverage industry is required.
- Knowledge: understanding of Food Safety, GMPs, and HACCP principles.
- Skills: High attention to detail, communication skills, and basic computer proficiency for data entry.
- Physical: Ability to stand, walk the production floor, and lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
- Reliability: Dependable attendance and punctuality are a must, especially for early morning/overnight shifts.
