Looking for a reliable role with great hours and a supportive team? We are hiring 10 Assemblers to help build high-precision sensing equipment and custom cable assemblies.
No prior experience? No problem! While 1–2 years of manufacturing experience is a plus, this work is highly trainable.
Shifts & Pay Available
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $19.00 / hr
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM | $21.85 / hr
- Assemble: Piece together small electrical components, hardware, and wire assemblies using basic hand tools.
- Read Guidelines: Follow straightforward work instructions and parts lists to build products correctly.
- Inspect: Conduct basic visual checks to ensure everything is put together right.
- Track: Perform simple computer data entry to track your daily progress and inventory.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Good hand-eye coordination for handling small parts, basic computer skills, and a safety-first mindset.
- Physical Ability: Able to stand, sit, and occasionally lift/move up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities
- Mechanical & Electro-Mechanical Assembly: Piece together varied electrical components, hardware, housings, and custom wire or fiber-optic cable assemblies using basic hand tools, grinders, and polishers.
- Blueprint & BOM Reading: Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, engineering schematics, and Bills of Material (BOM) to correctly kit and assemble parts.
- Quality Inspection: Use precision measurement tools (such as calipers and micrometers) to conduct basic visual and mechanical inspections, ensuring products meet quality standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in daily lean manufacturing practices (such as 5S, Standard Work, and Fortive/Ralliant Business System tools) to reduce process variation and cycle times.
- Documentation & Systems: Perform basic computer entries into the ERP system (e.g., JD Edwards or Oracle) to track order progression, inventory usage, and daily metrics.
