What You’ll Do (Your Role): As a key player on our Die Cutting Team, you will take ownership of your machine and drive the performance of your line:
- Command the Line: Masterfully operate BOBST machinery to maintain peak efficiency.
- Lead Setups: Perform precise machine setups, troubleshoot issues on the fly, and make minor adjustments to ensure flawless execution.
- Calculate Success: Utilize your mathematical precision to compute rates, ratios, percentages, and proportions seamlessly during production.
- Champion Quality: Rely on your mechanical inclination to keep the line running smoothly and safely while meeting rigorous production standards.
- The Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience working as a Die Cutter within a manufacturing environment.
- The Technical Edge: Direct, hands-on experience operating BOBST machinery, paired with a basic knowledge of the metric system.
- The Mindset: A mechanical aptitude, solid analytical skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
Your Role
- You have experience operating BOBST machinery.
- You have experience performing set-ups, troubleshooting, and making minor machine adjustments.
- You are mechanically inclined You have the ability to compute rates, ratios, percentages, and proportions.
- You have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- You have already gained 2-3 years of experience as a Die Cutter in a manufactoring environment.
- You have basic knowledge of the metrics system.
