What You Will Do Every Day:
- Perform pressure tests on manufactured parts and specialized bladders to check for leaks.
- Visually inspect incoming and completed parts to spot defects, scratches, or errors.
- Use basic hand tools and electronic testers to check part measurements.
- Log your daily test results and part serial numbers into Microsoft Excel and our computer system.
- Stand on your feet for 6 to 8 hours per day and lift parts weighing up to 40-50 lbs.

Responsibilities
Looking for a stable, first-shift Quality Inspector role with an elite aerospace manufacturer? We are hiring an entry-level inspector for our clean, top-tier facility in Ramsey, NJ. This is a full-time, permanent position with a Monday through Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) and absolutely no weekend work required.
If you have at least 1 year of experience checking parts or using basic measuring tools, we want to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Part Inspection: Visually inspect and pressure test manufactured parts, aerospace bladders, and electrical components to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Measuring & Testing: Use basic hand tools and electronic tools to verify part dimensions and check for defects.
• Data Logging: Label inspected parts and enter straightforward test results into Microsoft Excel and our internal computer tracking system.
• Defect Reporting: Identify any bad or damaged parts and report them to the quality supervisor so the team can fix the issue.
• Team Support: Cross-train and help perform quick quality checks across our assembly and molding departments.
• Floor Safety: Keep your workstation organized, follow everyday safety procedures, and lift parts weighing up to 40-50 lbs when needed.
