- Hours: Standard shifts are 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Subject to change based on business and operational needs)

Responsibilities
- Logistics & Routing: Oversee inbound and outbound transportation; develop and maintain policies, schedules, and routing systems to maximize fleet efficiency.
- Efficiency Optimization: Implement strategies to reduce delays, improve freight efficiency, and analyze traffic patterns for continuous process improvements.
- Shipment Coordination: Schedule and oversee the loading and unloading of shipments to minimize transit and dock delays.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with internal production and operations teams to align traffic management with daily operational schedules.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with carriers and freight companies to ensure competitive, cost-effective shipping.
- Fleet & Driver Administration: Plan driver vacations, manage scheduling books, and handle run-change assignments; ensure preventive vehicle maintenance is performed on time.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict compliance with all safety, hazmat, and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements; report and investigate all incidents promptly.
- Customer Service & Admin: Resolve customer service complaints or concerns efficiently and maintain accurate, up-to-date logs, forms, and paperwork.
