In this role, you’ll play a critical part in keeping our production lines moving. You’ll partner closely with production teams to minimize downtime, perform advanced equipment repairs, handle preventive maintenance, and ensure our facility meets the highest standards for safety, quality, and food safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment failures to minimize production downtime.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine PMs on production equipment, facility systems, utilities, and building operations according to established safety and quality standards.
- Technical Compliance: Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and equipment documentation.
- Documentation: Complete maintenance work orders, accurately record time/repairs, and assist with maintaining parts inventory.
- Safety & Food Safety First: Strictly follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO). Maintain absolute compliance with GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and food safety requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Support equipment installations, modifications, and process improvements to help us grow.
- Experience: 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (food/beverage or regulated manufacturing experience is a major plus!).
- Technical Skills: mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting capabilities. Direct experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems is preferred.
- Blueprints: Ability to confidently read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
