Responsibilities
- Work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Keep equipment and work areas clean by performing routine housekeeping and janitorial tasks.
- Clean up after maintenance work is completed.
- Complete maintenance work orders and required documentation on time.
- Perform basic maintenance, repairs, and adjustments on manufacturing equipment and building systems, including HVAC, electrical systems, air compressors, and air dryers.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and maintain accurate records.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify potential problems.
- Make general mechanical and minor electrical repairs.
- Identify and report equipment or facility safety concerns.
- Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures.
- Operate manufacturing equipment when needed to support production.
- Lift and move materials weighing 50 pounds or more and keep production lines supplied with materials.
- Assist with maintenance projects as assigned.
- Perform other related duties as needed to support the maintenance and manufacturing teams.
