We are seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to champion product safety, mentor site QA staff, and bridge the gap between plant operations and corporate standards.

Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and assist with training the site Quality Assurance staff.
- Compliance & Audits: Maintain compliance with the site BRCGS manual, FDA regulations, and GFSI standards, while assisting with internal, customer, and third-party certification audits.
- Program Enforcement: Oversee, update, and enforce critical food safety and quality programs, including HACCP, Environmental Monitoring Programs (EMP), allergen control, and test-and-hold procedures.
- Data & Continuous Improvement: Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and customer complaints, conducting root-cause and gap analyses to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
- Corporate & Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the primary link between the plant and Corporate QA to ensure alignment with company policies, while fostering a positive food safety culture across all plant departments.
