This is a fast-paced, hybrid role that connects our front counter, parts room, and service bay. You will be responsible for service writing, counter sales, inventory control, and keeping the mechanics' daily workflow moving efficiently. Qualifications & Skills
- Customer Skills: strong communication skills and a professional approach to handling customer inquiries and issues.
- Organization: Ability to multitask, manage a busy shop workflow, and keep accurate inventory records.
- Language Skills: bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities
- Shop & Workflow Coordination: Schedule service work, manage daily shop flow, and prioritize technician tasks to ensure on-time job completion.
- Service Estimating & Support: Write service tickets, prepare repair estimates, and ensure mechanics have the necessary tools, parts, and materials.
- Inventory Management: Oversee parts ordering, receiving, stocking, and regular cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Parts Sales & Merchandising: Assist counter customers with product selection, process retail transactions, and maintain an organized showroom.
- Customer Relations: Serve as the primary front-of-house contact to provide updates, answer questions, and resolve issues professionally.
- Administration & Operations: Maintain detailed records of work orders and transactions while ensuring a safe, clean shop and showroom environment.
