Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and service both electrical and mechanical systems to ensure all production and facility equipment remains in optimal working condition.
- Purchase and organize the inventory of replacement parts to guarantee necessary materials are always available for urgent repairs.
- Enforce and follow strict safety regulations such as Lockout/Tagout and OSHA protocols to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and daily logs accurately to track equipment history and performance.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers and building service vendors to coordinate specialized maintenance needs.
- Collaborate closely with production leadership and department managers to minimize machine downtime and support seamless daily operations.
- Operate, monitor, and repair critical building infrastructure, including HVAC systems, plumbing, boilers, and industrial chillers.
