Responsibilities
- Print Production & Finishing: Receive, review, and log customer print jobs. Run high-volume printers, copiers, and finishing gear (cutters, laminators, hole punchers) to deliver top-quality results.
- Fleet Equipment Support: Perform basic operator maintenance, clear paper jams, replenish toner, and coordinate with service technicians for advanced repairs.
- Data & Inventory Management: Maintain supply inventories and track office assets in our database. Quality-check digital files, integrate variable data into templates, and index materials for future use.
- Logistics & Admin: Walk between five campus buildings to distribute paper and supplies, collect meter reads, and maintain logs for billing. Drive to our nearby Hialeah site as needed.
