What You’ll Do
- HVAC & Mechanical Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on chillers, boilers, pumps, and air-handling units.
- Building Automation: Monitor and optimize climate controls using advanced Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS).
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose root causes of equipment issues to prevent downtime.
- Precision Operations: Maintain high standards within cleanroom and regulated manufacturing environments.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with engineers and specialists on facility upgrades and energy-saving initiatives.
- 3+ years in commercial/industrial HVAC or facility maintenance (Biopharma or GMP experience is a big plus).
- working knowledge of mechanical diagnostics, electrical systems, and BAS.
- EPA Universal Certification or relevant mechanical/HVAC trade license preferred.
- Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
1. Core HVAC & Systems Maintenance
- Routine & Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on building equipment, including HVAC units, chillers, boilers, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Identify, diagnose, and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize system downtime and maintain equipment reliability.
- Building Automation: Monitor and manage Building Automation Systems (BAS / BMS) to optimize performance and climate controls.
- System Inspections: Conduct periodic facility inspections to spot potential mechanical or environmental issues before they become critical failures.
