Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Assist Chemical Coating Technicians with preparing aerospace components for chemical conversion coating and related surface treatment processes.
- Load, unload, rack, and un-rack parts for processing.
- Clean, rinse, mask, and prepare components according to engineering specifications and work instructions.
- Monitor chemical processing lines and assist with maintaining proper operating conditions.
- Perform visual inspections before and after processing to ensure parts meet quality standards.
- Handle and transport materials safely throughout the production area.
- Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
- Keep work areas, tanks, and equipment clean and organized.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with other production duties as assigned.
