Job Overview We are seeking an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair high-speed production, packaging, and utility equipment on our night shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform PMs and emergency repairs on production lines, packaging machines, PLCs, and AC/DC drive systems.
- Read electrical/mechanical schematics and accurately track work orders and parts in CMMS per SOPs.
- Adhere to OSHA, GMP, MSS, and CCP standards while maintaining a safe, clean work area.
- Communicate effectively across teams and maintain continuous improvement standards.
- 1+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience (hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, electrical).
- Proficient with power tools, electrical meters, material handling equipment, and reading schematics. (Welding/machining a plus).
- High School Diploma/GED required; Technical degree preferred.
- Fast-paced plant environment; exposure to heat (90°F+), humidity, noise, and moving machinery. PPE required.

Responsibilities
- Perform planned, preventative, and emergency maintenance on production, packaging, processing, and utility systems. Ensure optimal function of manufacturing support systems.
- Read schematics and service manuals to diagnose and repair Programmable Logic Control (PLC) and AC/DC drive systems.
- Promptly log work orders, PM check-ups, and technical data in CMMS and clear SOP paperwork.
- Check out parts to work orders, track stock levels, and coordinate with management/teams to resolve issues impacting production efficiency.
- Maintain a clean work environment while adhering strictly to OSHA safety standards, Master Sanitation Schedules (MSS), and Critical Control Points (CCP).
