Responsibilities
- Precision Processing: Follow route card instructions, blueprints, and specifications to shot peen various aircraft components accurately.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect parts visually and dimensionally for defects, keeping processes audit-ready and aligned with strict customer and OEM standards.
- Safety First: Maintain safe operations using required protective gear (safety glasses, steel-toed boots, hearing protection, gloves) in a controlled setting.
- Process Documentation: Accurately record measurements, process logs, recorder charts, and traveler documents.
- Team Collaboration: Assist with experimental setups, move components between processing areas safely, and communicate smoothly with supervisors and peers.
