- Pay Rate: $22.00 - $30.00 / hour
- Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and downstream equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform scheduled equipment changeovers.
- Monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), SPC charting, and quality measurements.
- Follow strict safety protocols, proper PPE usage, and OSHA guidelines when operating equipment.
- Maintain clean work areas through proper housekeeping and sanitation practices in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP guidelines.
- Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: communication skills, ability to troubleshoot machine issues, and capacity to work well under pressure.
- Physical Demands: Medium work requiring the ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, stand for sustained periods, and perform regular physical movements (climbing, reaching, lifting, grasping).
- Environment: Ability to work in conditions subject to noise, vibrations, extreme heat, and moving mechanical parts.
