We are Hiring a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift!  In this hands-on leadership role, you will direct shift workflows, manage employee scheduling, and ensure all daily production goals are met on time. You will actively coach, train, and support shift operators while building a culture centered on teamwork, accountability, and continuous skill development. Safety is our top priority, so you will strictly enforce workplace guidelines and OSHA standards to maintain a safe, clean, and zero-incident environment. Additionally, you will monitor real-time product quality, resolve operational bottlenecks as they arise, and collaborate closely with maintenance and quality control teams to minimize machine downtime and reduce plant waste.

salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year
shift: Second
work hours: 5 PM - 3:30 AM
education: Associate

Responsibilities

• Lead Shift Operations: Direct daily manufacturing activities to ensure production schedules, quality standards, and output targets are consistently met.
  
  
• Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, train, and mentor on-shift production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  
  
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce all company safety regulations, OSHA standards, and plant guidelines to maintain a zero-incident work environment.
  
  
• Quality & Efficiency: Monitor product quality on the floor, troubleshoot operational bottlenecks, and drive lean manufacturing initiatives 
  
  
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and supply chain teams to minimize equipment downtime and optimize workflow.
