- Experience: 1+ years of experience operating forklifts, stand-up reach trucks, or electric pallet jacks in a warehouse or food packaging environment.
- Certification: Valid OSHA-compliant Forklift Certification required.
- Food Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with GMPs, cleanroom/food plant protocols, or warehouse inventory management.
- Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs, sit/stand for extended shifts, and comfortably work in chilled/cooler environments (35°F–40°F, thermal gear provided).

Responsibilities
- Pre-Shift Equipment Inspections: Complete daily safety checklists (checking brakes, hydraulics, horns, steering, tires, and battery/fuel levels) prior to operating machinery.
- Safe Driving Practices: Maintain safe speed limits, sound horns at intersections/blind spots, and yield to foot traffic and line operators at all times.
- Battery & Fuel Maintenance: Charge electric forklift batteries, replace propane tanks safely using designated PPE, and park equipment in designated charging bays.
