Key Responsibilities
- Assembly & Installation: Build, wire, and integrate electronic components, circuit boards, and systems using schematics and technical blueprints.
- Diagnostics & Repair: Troubleshoot system failures using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators to repair or replace faulty components.
- Testing & Calibration: Perform regular testing and precision calibration to ensure all devices meet performance and quality standards.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct scheduled inspections and maintenance to prevent downtime and extend equipment life.
- Documentation: Keep detailed records of repairs, maintenance logs, system updates, and inventory tracking.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow industry safety standards (ESD protection, OSHA) and standard soldering practices (IPC standards).
- Associate degree in Electronics Engineering Technology, equivalent hands-on experience, or background as an Electronic Assembler / Jr. Technician.
- Ability to read (or learn to read) electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
- Basic to advanced experience with diagnostic tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters) and soldering/desoldering techniques.
- Troubleshooting mindset, eagerness to learn, and high attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to keep organized records.

Responsibilities

- Testing & Calibration: Conduct routine testing, signal analysis, and precise calibration on electronic devices to ensure they operate within safety and performance specs.
- Preventive Maintenance: Inspect, clean, and maintain electronic equipment regularly to prevent system failures and extend operational lifespan.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of repair work, system modifications, calibration results, and component inventories.
- Compliance & Safety: Adhere strictly to industry safety protocols (ESD protection, OSHA standards) and high-quality assembly practices (IPC soldering standards).
