industrial parts cleaner - 1st shift.

Do you have experience in a manufacturing environment?  Randstad may have the perfect position for you!  We are currently seeking three motivated individuals for an industrial cleaning role in McDonald, TN. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and preparation of industrial parts. This is a temporary position with the potential to transition to a temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidates! Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen or US Person (due to the nature of the industry and site requirements).
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Screening: Must successfully pass a criminal background check and a drug screen.
• Reliability: strong work ethic and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Job Details:

• This is a 1st shift, full-time position.
• Assignment is initially temporary, but may transition to temp-to-hire for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning of industrial parts using wipes, brooms, and towels.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all workplace safety protocols and operational instructions.
• Assist with general cleanup of the production area as required.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working up to 40 hrs of overtime per week
