We are looking for a reliable, sharp-eyed Quality Inspector (Wash & Pack) to serve as the final line of defense before our products hit the market. In this role, you won't just be packing boxes—you’ll be the ultimate gatekeeper of our quality standards.
salary: $17 - $18.5 per hour

work hours: 7 AM - 7 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
- Cleaning & Washing: Operating manual or automated industrial wash stations, degreasers, ultrasonic cleaners, or rinse tanks to clean machined parts, food products, or containers.
- Visual & Dimensional Inspection: Examining washed items for surface imperfections, residual debris, burrs, cracks, or discoloration. Using tools like micrometers, calipers, gauges, or go/no-go gauges to verify precise dimensions.
- Drying & Post-Wash Treatment: Ensuring parts are completely dry via air knives, ovens, or blowers, and applying rust inhibitors or protective coatings where required.
- Packaging & Labeling: Securely wrapping, boxing, or bagging inspected goods according to customer specifications or standard operating procedures (SOPs). Printing and applying accurate lot numbers, barcodes, and shipping labels.
- Documentation & Sorting: Logging inspection results, quarantine records, and defect counts. Segregating non-conforming or rejected parts for rework or disposal.
