Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, install, align, dismantle, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment to improve reliability
and uptime, including pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, utility support systems (compressors, dryers, cooling
towers), gearboxes, bearings, PLCs, and drives.
Adjust PLC programming and troubleshoot using Allen Bradley Studio 5000.
Diagnose and repair 24V/120V control circuits, 480V 3phase systems, 4–20mA/0–10V circuits, VFDs, and DC drives up
to 1600 HP; general understanding of plant SCADA systems.
Monitor and troubleshoot systems using DMM, amp/mA meters, meggers, and oscilloscopes.
Read, interpret, and work from electrical prints and mechanical/electrical drawings.
Perform equipment modernizations, upgrades, and modifications according to specifications.
Identify and resolve intermittent mechanical and electrical failures on production equipment.
Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and understanding of how mechanical and electrical systems operate.
Support Engineering and Maintenance teams on innovation initiatives, including Lean Six Sigma, 5S, 3P, 8D, Kaizen, and
SMED activities.
Work any shift as needed, including evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
