- Receive & Store: Unload incoming shipments, inspect packages, and safely store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Prepare Shipments: Pick, pack, and stage finished fans and motors for distribution to customers around the globe.
- Track & Organize: Use handheld scanners/inventory systems to track parts, maintain stock accuracy, and keep work areas clean and safe.
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and/or forklifts (training provided if needed).
- Active Energy: Comfortable being on your feet, walking, lifting, and moving for most of the workday.
- Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for part numbers, quantities, and keeping inventory organized.
- Reliability: strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a team-first mindset.
- Basic Tech Skills: Comfort using handheld scanners or basic computer systems to log inventory.
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience (or forklift certification) is a plus—but if you have a great attitude and good work ethic, we will train you!
