In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and running production on specialized CNC Swiss equipment (Citizen L-20s, L-12s, C-16s, and K-16s). The ideal candidate thrives with minimal supervision, maintains product quality throughout execution, and brings proven experience setting up precision Swiss machinery.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience: Demonstrated hands-on setup experience with CNC Swiss machines (Citizen series preferred).
- Technical Skills: Competence in reading and interpreting complex blueprints, setting tools, and editing machine programs.
- Quality Inspection: Proficiency using shop-floor precision inspection equipment to verify part quality throughout production runs.
- Work Ethic: Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high workplace organization and housekeeping.
- Shift Availability: Ability to work a full-time 2nd shift schedule (Monday through Thursday 10-hour shifts, Friday 5-hour shift).

Responsibilities
- Setup & Operation: Efficiently set up and operate CNC Swiss machinery (Citizen L-20, L-12, C-16, and K-16 platforms).
- Program Adjustments: Set up tooling and perform necessary program edits to optimize production processes.
- Blueprint Analysis: Read, interpret, and work from engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
- Quality Control: Conduct continuous, in-process inspection of parts using shop floor inspection equipment to maintain quality standards throughout every run.
- Workflow Coordination: Coordinate daily workflow and schedule targets closely with production management.
- Workplace Upkeep: Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas following standard shop practices.
