Randstad is  seeking reliable and hard-working Machine Operators / Factory Helpers to join our manufacturing facility in Farmingdale, NY. work hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Setup, run, and monitor packaging and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
  
  
• Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality and packaging standards.
  
  
• Material Handling: Load raw materials into machines and move finished stock to staging areas.
  
  
• Documentation & Compliance: Follow written work instructions and maintain accurate production logs.
  
  
• Cleanliness & Safety: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with facility safety rules.
  
  
• Language Skills: Ability to speak, read, and write in English (all documentation and safety guidelines are in English).
  
  
• Experience: Prior experience in manufacturing, packaging, printing, or assembly preferred, but willing to train reliable candidates.
