As a VPC Driver, you’ll play a crucial role in moving, preparing, and managing fresh-off-the-line vehicles—completely on private property!
- Vehicle Movement: Drive cars, SUVs, and commercial vans between processing areas, car washes, processing lines, lot consolidation, and outbound trucking/repair lots.
- Detailing & Prep: Wash and prepare vehicles for customer delivery.
- Specialized Handling: Remove tow hooks and specialty vehicle covers (e.g., G-Wagon cover removal).
- Work Safe & Fast: Maintain strict safety standards and high attention to detail in a rapid environment. What We’re Looking For

- Stamina: This is a physically demanding role—you will be on your feet or driving 90–100% of the shift.

Responsibilities
- Provide vehicle movement of cars from First Point of Rest to required processing areas (car wash, processing line, lot consolidation, etc.).
- Movement will also entail driving car from post-production to outbound trucking or repair lot parking.
- VPC drivers will remain on private property. No public roads required.
- Physically demanding position requiring one to be on their feet/driving vehicles 90-100% of the time, and exposed to all weather conditions and temperatures
- Wash and prepare vehicles for customer use
- Safely operate cars, SUV's and commercial vans short distances
- Must be able to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment requiring attention to detail

VPC Work Hours & Overtime- Normal overall day requires 8.5 hours on site (8 Hours work + 0.5 hour unpaid lunch).
- Punctuality is a MUST
- Overtime work is required when needed.
- Advanced notice of 24 hours is typically given when planning overtime.
- Generally 2 – 3 extra hours per day are worked for overtime.
