We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Analyst for a full-time, onsite position (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) to support our day-to-day manufacturing inventory operations. In this role, you will work closely with Operations, Purchasing, Production Control, and Shipping to manage raw materials and finished goods, conduct routine cycle counts, audit stock, and execute daily SAP inventory transactions like warehouse transfers and shop floor confirmations. Successful candidates must have hands-on experience in a manufacturing plant environment, proven working knowledge of SAP inventory transactions (including resolving COGI and system errors),  data entry accuracy, and robust root cause analysis skills. A high school diploma or GED is required, while experience in fiber optic cable manufacturing or a college degree in business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• SAP & Inventory Transaction Processing: Monitoring and executing daily inventory transactions in SAP, including warehouse transfers, shop floor confirmations, and SAP error adjustments.
  
  
• Discrepancy & COGI Resolution: Investigating, auditing, and resolving inventory errors such as COGI issues to ensure data integrity.
  
  
• Cycle Counts & Auditing: Assisting the Inventory Control Manager with routine cycle counts, physical inventory tracking, and auditing for both raw materials and finished goods.
  
  
• Data & Root Cause Analysis: Performing investigations into inventory variances and compiling analysis and regular reporting.
  
  
• Cross-Functional Support: Collaborating directly with Operations, Purchasing, Production Control, and Shipping departments to identify and resolve inventory issues impacting the business.
