Responsibilities
- Assist customers by phone with technical support and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose automotive and drivetrain concerns using customer-provided information.
- Provide accurate repair recommendations and technical guidance.
- Work closely with customers while keeping our companies’ best interests in mind.
- Be part of a team dedicated to providing outstanding customer support.
- ASE Certification / 3+ years of automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting experience.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
