- Experience: 1+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
- Driver Requirements: Clean driving record meeting all company driver qualification standards.
- Core Skills: Excellent time management under tight deadlines, paired with clear written and verbal communication.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with carrier operations, distribution methods, and hazardous shipping regulations.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills with the ability to learn internal systems quickly.

- Regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs without assistance (and occasionally up to 75 lbs).
- Stand, walk, reach, and navigate a active battery warehouse environment.
- Comfortably operate equipment and road vehicles while wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Responsibilities
- Inventory & Maintenance: Load, unload, restock, test, charge, and prepare battery stock for distribution.
- Facility Operations: Keep our warehouse safe, orderly, and clean while accurately managing inventory reports and claims.
- Delivery & Customer Support: Serve as a backup driver for "Hot Shot" runs and deliveries, collect account payments, and haul scrap/returned batteries.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate motor vehicles and forklifts while following all transportation and safety guidelines.
