- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage customer orders to meet rapid turnaround times.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe and accurate material handling.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks in accordance with safety protocols.
- Manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading, freight coordination, and tracking records.
- Collaborate with production and inventory teams to maintain an organized, efficient warehouse flow.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, shipping, or logistics role.
- Proficiency with basic computer skills and shipping/ERP software.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk/stand for extended periods.
- attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe, productive workspace.
