We are looking for a driven CNC Programmer to shape how we machine. Take ownership, grow with our client, and lead process improvements across custom part manufacturing. All CNC programmers welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Program & operate Haas Y-axis lathes and 3-axis mills (4th axis) using Mastercam.
- Optimize speeds, feeds, and tooling for various materials
- Set up workholding, prove out programs, and hold tight tolerances (.001–.0005).
- Inspect parts using precision tools and train machine operators.
- Mastercam proficiency (Y-axis lathes w/ live tooling, Nth-axis mills).
- Extensive background in plastics/non-ferrous machining, blueprints, GD&T, and trig.

Responsibilities
- Program and operate Haas Y axis lathes as well as Haas 3 axis mills with 4th axis capabilities using Mastercam
- Create efficient programs for a wide variety of plastic and metal materials (Acetal, Nylon, UHMW, PEEK, Polycarbonate, Acrylic, etc. 6061, 304, 316, 1018)
- Select tooling, speeds, feeds, and cutting strategies optimized for plastics (chip control, heat management, surface finish)
- Set up and operate the lathe: work holding, tool setting, offsets, proving out new programs
- Perform first-article and in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools
- Troubleshoot programs, adjust offsets, sharpen/replace tools, and maintain tight tolerances of +/-.001-.0005
- Document programs, setups, and processes for repeatability across shifts
